Open-Governmental system, Public is allowed to see what happens, they are told exactly what is happening at any given time. Complex situtations will be simplified to allow everyone, to understand. A "good" dictatorship, Ran by one person but they allow the public to help make decicions. This type of government is called- Aperta-Paxian Governmental system
Why do you want to be the Lord of this province?
Dromar believes that everyone deserved an escape from their own life. People are welcome to come and go as they please, use what they need without feeling like they owe anyone for the basic nessesities. There needs to be a place where people feel safe to go when they feel alone and scared. It is a land of peace and kindness, in honour of those he had encountered along his life that deserved kindness- but werent given it.
What is the background and/or history of your province? (Linking to Google Docs is acceptable, the more detail and relation to existing lore the better!)
Once Dromar made himself at home and started generating profit from his work as a merchant, he noticed people who were in a place that he was in the first years he ran away. Back then he wished someone would give him the kindness of teaching him how to cook, farm and collect materials. So he thought that he could be the change that people needed, at first he set up a collection box above his underground cavern filled with food supplies, water and spare materials that people would need if they were traveling far distances. He refilled it every week or so, watching people go by and being excited that they were able to actually eat and drink without feeling like they owed anyone anything- many of them didnt have anything to give.
After a few months he noticed the same old man coming and going. Only taking the bare minimum. making sure others had plenty, generous- however, he needed more than he was taking. Dromar stopped the old man one day, whilst he was collecting supplies and asked if he was okay, if he had shelter etc. Dromar ended up inviting him into his home, letting the man rest on his bed whilst he worked away creating a shelter for the man to live in, sleep in, feel safe in. This happened a few more times until he relised there was enough houses for the area to be called a small village! He encouraged those he displayed kindness to to pass it on, soon the townspeople created free farms, hostels and areas for travellers to have a safe, fun time.
Dromar realised he was the start of somthing new, and he wanted to share it with others. On his travels, he would appoint the old man to look after the village, when he sold items on busy paths he would always point them in the direction of the town, hoping that he could help more people. On arriving back one time he realised that there were no rules, the town could have gone haywire at any point but it didnt. The people trusted him, because he had trust in them. He subconciesly created a set of unspoken rules that spread across the land that he had "acquired".
