Kalevis is the newest King of Tõnsulinn after The death of his father He inherited The throne. He is a direct descendant of the First King. He led a rebellion against a local warlord, freeing the town and immediately establishing trade with the locals to the West. Through rapid industrialization and militarism, the town became a powerful city state.

You cannot use real life names for your character, please select another. The same will be said to Dimitry. Your backstory fits well, having overthrown the lordship of another Haensaarian clan. Additionally, as Sean said, if you switch the mention of the Kaegorin to the Ky'Ji, your backstory will be perfect.
I would also recommend changing the 'burg" part of Tõnburg when you apply to create a City State.

This application is approved so long as the 'burg' part of Tõnsburg is removed or altered.
